My experience at this hotel started off poorly, with a lack of communication about a New Year's party that made it impossible for my family and me to sleep. While the room itself was spacious, the noise level was unacceptable, especially for a family with a young baby. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, especially with an unhelpful and rude receptionist. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, especially considering the premium time of year.
